Our Wild Bloom candle will always be the most personal part of our story and a large part of what encouraged us to launch our candle company. In March of 2022 our lives were turned upside when we found out that we had unfortunately suffered a miscarriage, news that devastated us both.

As we began to process our loss with our families, the support that we received from the hospital staff including information packs, medical support and memory boxes began to give us a path forwards. For us the Butterfly became our symbol of remembrance and hope for the future, and features as part of our candle design.

Given time to reflect on our own experience we both felt that we wanted to try and give something back in thanks for the support we were given, and to help others that are unfortunate enough to find themselves in the same position. 

 

So we are please to announce the launch of our Wild Bloom candle, we have partnered with the Miscarriage Association with the aim of donating a percentage of profit from each candle sold to this incredible charity.

There is a real stigma around the discussion of miscarriage in the UK, many process their loss in silence, but we really hope that by speaking out this fundraiser will help to support some of the 250,000 people a year in the UK, like us, that need support from such an important service.
